Group Training (S&C)

Strength & Conditioning sessions (S&C) help develop the running body or help achieve your goals. Work with Rick and be encouraged in a true community feel. A 45-60 minute interval workout to achieve any running or personal goal - Including but not limited to long and short distance running to half or full Ironman goals. In S&C you train individually in a team environment like our indoor treadmill bike or cross trainer interval training sessions. It's your own program but you are not on your own.

S&C sessions are located at the Runnez HQ in Chelsea Heights our Melbourne Bayside running studio which is also convenient for Chelsea, Bonbeach, Patterson Lakes, Aspendale, Apendale Gardens, Edithvale, Carrum, Waterways and even further up the Mornington Peninsula to Seaford, Frankston, Mornington  some of our regulars even come from Somerville and St Kilda.
